Who funds the reward, and how much can I receive?
K4+ funds the report reward directly, with a maximum of US$100,000. Eligible reports must concern a confirmed counterfeit game on K4+. The final amount depends on the evidence and impact and is confirmed, together with payment terms, after verification and approval. Submitting a report does not guarantee a reward or the maximum amount.
Does a provider logo prove a game is genuine?
A logo or familiar appearance alone cannot establish authenticity. Use the provider’s official verification method and keep the result for the game or round you checked.
What if I cannot get a verification result?
A missing result or failed request does not, by itself, prove a game is counterfeit. Check that your existing record is complete and any Round ID is readable, then contact support with the details and any error message.
Do I need to place another bet to verify a game?
Use a record from a round you have already played. Do not place an extra bet just for verification. If you have no existing record, contact support for help with the available checks.
How do I check a game from another provider?
Verification methods vary by provider. Visit the provider’s official website for its instructions, or ask support for the appropriate official contact. Include the game name, provider and any existing round reference when asking for help.
